Our Shipping Policy

How it works

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in South Africa. Any shipments outside of South Africa are not available at this time.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.

Shipping costs are included in all orders in and around Gauteng. Additional shipping charges may apply to other regions of South Africa, remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any additional charges on the checkout page.

Returns & Refunds

How it works

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at care@bloomandbloss.co.za with details and pictures of the product and the defect.

Bloom & Blossom is not responsible for any damage to products caused by wear and tear, your error, your failure to follow instructions for safe use, or any adjustments or additions made to the products once they are in your control.

In the event that any of our products are found to be defective, please notify us as soon as you become aware of the defect. We will arrange for the products to be collected and you will not be responsible for any costs involved in respect of such return. 

Bloom & Blossom reserves the right to accept a photo of the defective item for inspection at our sole discretion.

We will arrange a collection of the package with couriers and inform you via SMS of when the package will be collected, however, please note it is your responsibility to ensure that the package is given through to the couriers on the set collection date. If we do not receive the package, because you did not provide it to the courier as required, please note that you will be liable for payment of the courier fees and we will not be able to process any refund.

​Upon confirmation of the defective product, we will notify you via e-mail, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include non-feminine hygiene products.

General Terms

Important Information

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will post the most current version of these Terms on our “Site”.  If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you via the Services and/or by email to the address associated with your account.  If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using and cancel your account by emailing cancel@bloomandbloss.com.  Your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to these Terms means that you are consenting to the updated terms.

After placing any orders on our website you will receive a receipt e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, we will confirm acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail confirming that your purchase has been verified and accepted. Your subscription will only be activated when we have verified, accepted & sent you the acceptance confirmation via email.
The subscription plans to our services consists of recurring period charges as agreed to by you. By accepting these terms & conditions of service, you acknowledge that your subscription has this recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

Bloom & Blossom may submit periodic charges monthly without further authorisation from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorisation or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before Bloom & Blossom reasonably could act.

All orders and delivery depend on product availability and vary month on month for additional items contained within your box.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the products received correspond to the invoice received. If it is found that there are any discrepancies, it is your responsibility to notify Bloom & Blossom within 7 days of receipt of products.
